About the event

IBR, ICR, ISR, PAYE, REPAYE and don’t forget the other income driven plan – also called IBR. Confused? We don’t blame you a bit. This session will do a deep dive on each of these income driven plans so participants understand the pros and cons of each and can walk away feeling confident that they can choose the right plan for their federal student loan situation.

The Financial Empowerment Center at the Greater Washington Urban League has partnered with The Institute of Student Loan Advisors (TISLA) to bring you valuable information on how to manage your student loan debt once the waivers expire. This webinar is the first in a four-part series in student loan debt management. The remaining sessions in our series will cover the following student loan topics.

  • Parent PLUS Loan Borrowers - January 2021
  • Public Student Loan Forgiveness Programs - February 2021
