Accounts Payable Specialist 

Individual will perform clerical and administrative functions related to vendor management including trade credit negotiation, payment processing, vendor validation, account reconciliation and monitoring bank balances.

Eligibility Specialist 

Emergency Services is responsible for processing of client for seasonal assistance for emergency rental assistance (ERAP) and Covid-19 Housing Assistance Program (CHAP). Collaborate and coordinate services with community agencies and conduct interviews with constituents to determine eligibility. Create funding and impact analysis reports.

Program Administrator Center for Financial Inclusion

Individual will be responsible for the management and coordination of day-to-day activities of the Center and performs direct service as is necessary to meet program goals. Facilitates the coordination and execution of the CFI’s educational offerings, outreach efforts, and related administrative tasks.

Director of Housing

The successful candidate will oversee staff in both program components and is responsible for determining staffing needs, recruitment, hiring, coaching, scheduling, directing and supervising staff. The Program Director will be responsible for writing, managing and reporting outcomes for the grant programs administered through this Center. The Center Director will be responsible for providing the necessary care, sensitivity and tact required to successfully carry out the Center’s program mission. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the administration of programs in compliance with grant guidelines and regulations.

 

Program Coordinator/ Entrepreneurship Center

The Greater Washington Urban League is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and qualified candidate for a Program Administrator/Entrepreneurship Center (EC) position. The Entrepreneurship Center provides Washington metropolitan area entrepreneurs and business owners training, support, and counseling to start and/or grow their businesses. 

Program Coordinator/Document Controller

Under supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the organization of documents and coordinating with other team members the project calendar for the Greater Washington Urban League’s Weatherization Program Grant.
