  • On Track Newsletter

  • The Greater Washington Urban League publishes a quarterly publication that maintains its commitment to advocacy and service. The quarterly publication serves to inform the GWUL membership about upcoming events, as well as local, state and national policy issues that affect our constituency. In addition, On Track features a Guest Column that allows some of the most distinguished personalities a venue for presenting information that furthers GWUL's goals of informing its constituency from varying perspectives within the Nation's Capital.   • Guide To Summer Camps and Enrichment Programs

  • The annual guide provides parents with a desktop tool they can use to identify appropriate summer programming activities for their children. Over 5,000 guides are disseminated each spring and summer. To request a copy, contact Karen Wilson at (202) 265-8200, ext. 254.




  • Biennial Report

  • The League publishes a biennial report on the program accomplishments of the League every two years. The most recent report will be published in August 2002. For any back reports, contact the Communications Office at 202-265-8200 or e-mail request to luwgdbs@aol.com




  • Radio Show and Web Sites

  • The Greater Washington Urban League provides its constituency with timely information on important issues during its weekly "ON TRACK" community service radio show. The show airs weekly on WPGC - FM 95.5, Sunday mornings at 6:30 a.m. and on WPGC - AM 1580, Saturday mornings at 6:30 a.m.
