Residential Energy Efficiency Retrofit

Low-income residents in the District of Columbia received cost saving energy devices through the League’s Residential Energy Efficiency Retrofit program, underwritten with funding from the Department of Energy. Energy efficient appliances and other measures, including new windows and door sweeps were installed for eligible residents.
