Transportation for the Future
Imagine that in the future the problem with the ozone layer will cause the Arctic to melt completely, making the water rise over the land and forcing the people to change their ways of transportation. One form of transportation that would have to change is the car.

I propose the design of a small water car that is not gas powered but solar powered. Water cars would be made for no fewer than six passengers and would have bumpers on all sides for accidents. An anchor would be available for parking. Water vehicle laws would require that seat belts and life jackets be worn at all times. Water car traffic jams would be avoided by keeping existing traffic lights.

There would be two way lanes to organize traffic. In addition there would be areas that the water cars could not use because of the animals and fish. Car pooling would be enforced. Water cars would be less polluting because they would be solar powered. They would be built from the recycled parts of land cars that people have traded in.
